Title I — Legal Framework & Statutory Compliance
§ 101.00
Terms of Service & Legal Compliance
All members and staff must strictly comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Any action that violates local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to circumvent, exploit, or find "loopholes" in these rules, platform TOS, or staff decisions will be treated as a direct violation of the rules themselves.
Title II — Community Behavior & Conduct Code
§ 201.00
Respect & Targeted Abuse Policy
General Language & Expression: General coarse language or untargeted coarse expressions are permitted. However, language, slurs, or terminology used with the intent to attack, harass, degrade, incite harm, or make any individual or group suffer, experience distress, or feel targeted is strictly prohibited.
Targeted Harassment: Directing slurs, hostile insult patterns, death threats, or derogatory attacks at specific individuals, protected groups, or community members will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Severe Violations: Doxxing, swatting, leaking private personal information (PII), cyberstalking, or real-world threats will result in an immediate permanent ban and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement/Discord Trust & Safety.
§ 202.00
Advertising & Promotions Policy
Category Restriction: Advertising, project promotion, and self-promotional content are permitted strictly and exclusively within the Advertising category.
Prohibited Channels: Advertising or posting self-promotional links anywhere outside the designated Advertising category is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate moderation action.
Prohibited Content: Advertising scams, illegal services, exploits, malware/phishing links, NSFW/pornographic platforms, or content violating Discord TOS remains strictly forbidden.
Mass DM Advertising: Unsolicited commercial or server advertising via mass direct messages (DMs) to members without prior consent is considered spam and is strictly prohibited.
Repeated text spam, wall-of-text flooding, excessive pinging (@everyone/@here/unnecessary user pings), character spam, or automated bot flooding in unauthorized channels is strictly prohibited.
In voice channels, the use of soundboards, voice changers, loud/disruptive audio, ear-rape, or deliberate interference with communication is forbidden.
Text-to-Speech (TTS) Policy: Text-to-Speech (TTS) functionality is not classified as a soundboard and is permitted for general accessibility and communication.
TTS Misuse Prohibited: TTS must not be abused to spam, bypass chat filters, bypass soundboard rules, read out massive walls of text, output ear-piercing/disruptive noises, transmit targeted abuse, or bypass any other server rules. Any malicious, disruptive, or harmful use of TTS will result in immediate restriction or disciplinary action.
§ 204.00
NSFW & Explicit Content
Not Safe For Work (NSFW), sexually explicit, suggestive, erotic, pornographic, or gore content (real or animated) is strictly forbidden across all channels, profiles, statuses, avatars, TTS output, and sound clips.
Content intended to appear provocative, suggestive, or edge-case inappropriate is prohibited, regardless of whether it contains explicit nudity.
§ 205.00
Malicious Content & Exploits
Sharing, linking, or uploading viruses, IP loggers/grabifiers, crash videos, token grabbers, phishing links, malware, or exploiting server systems/bots will result in an immediate, non-appealable permanent ban.
§ 206.00
Profile, Media, & Visual Customization
Usernames, nicknames, profile pictures, banners, custom statuses, server emojis, and stickers must comply with all server rules.
Content featuring NSFW elements, targeted hate symbols, offensive political imagery, or media designed to induce seizures, visual strain, or physical discomfort (e.g., rapid flashing media) is strictly prohibited.
§ 207.00
Political & Sensitive Discussions
Political, ideological, or religious debates and discussions are strictly prohibited in all channels to maintain a professional, unified environment.
§ 208.00
Server Atmosphere & Drama
Do not import external drama, engage in public arguments, or incite friction within the community.
Keep public channels focused on their designated topics. Personal disputes must be handled privately or escalated via an official support ticket.
Title III — Executive Governance & Staff Protocols
§ 301.00
Direct Messaging & Support Escalation
Do not contact staff members via unsolicited private DMs for routine inquiries, general questions, or non-emergencies.
Official support, ban appeals, reports, and administrative inquiries must be submitted through the official support ticket system. Direct messaging staff is reserved strictly for critical emergencies or when explicitly directed by an executive administrator.
Impersonating staff members, executive leadership, automated bots, or official agency identities is strictly prohibited.
Members are strictly forbidden from "mini-modding" (enforcing rules, issuing threats of discipline, or pretending to act with official authority). Use the report system instead.
Claiming special relationships, friendships, or leverage with staff members to threaten, coerce, or intimidate other members is strictly forbidden and subject to immediate disciplinary action.
Friendships or personal connections with staff members grant zero immunity, authority, special privileges, or leniency.
